C. Organizations with a presence in Argentina

These organizations are not required to have an international outlook, and should refer to sections A and B, as appropriate, with that exception, which must be communicated in a note addressed to the “Organizing Committee”.

The application does not grant the requesting organization the automatic right to participate. The selection process will take into account the need to have as wide a geographical representation as possible, as well as the capacity of the facilities. Only requests received before 24:00 (GMT -03: 00) on October 2nd, 2017 will be taken into account. All applications will be answered no later than October 13th, 2017. The Government of Argentine reserves, in all cases, the right to send an invitation. The invited organizations must cover all costs related to their participation.
